We are seeking a highly skilled Operations and Administration Specialist to join our team in Karachi. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing the administration and industrial relations functions of our manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

  1. To lead the team in achieving exceptional results, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement.
  2. To develop and implement effective policies and procedures for factory management, housekeeping, and labor laws compliance.
  3. To maintain accurate records and reports, using MS Office applications efficiently.
  4. To communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
  5. To analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes to improve factory operations and performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in factory management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of industrial relations and labor laws, with familiarity with financial and facilities management principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make sound decisions in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a graduate or master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or industrial engineering.
