Job Title: Human Resources Support SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR professional to join our team in a remote capacity, providing administrative support to our Human Resources department.

As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations with various tasks and responsibilities. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will contribute to the overall success of our HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general information, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
  • Support the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative position is preferred, specifically capable in people management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • A proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
