  • Process timely distribution of salary, bonuses, increments, and other benefits.
  • Resolve employee grievances and queries in a fair and timely manner.
  • Foster open communication with employees to understand their motivation levels and concerns.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Desirable: experience in HR management or related field.
