Job Overview

Maintain proper documentation within a collaborative environment. Develop and update business flowcharts to ensure seamless operations.

  • Utilize Microsoft Teams to maintain HR documents and collaborate with team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of business flowcharts to reflect organizational changes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR and employment law to ensure compliance.
  • Support the management of employee benefits, including insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics.
  • Contribute to preparing reports for government compliance, such as EEO-1 submissions.
  • Help maintain and update the Employee Handbook to ensure accurate information.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of HR/administration experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams (training will be provided if needed).
  • Ability to work standard U.S. business hours.
