Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and owning the success of current and new customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high customer satisfaction, product adoption, and customer retention through proactive communication and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cancellation inquiries from all customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Retain customer revenue in line with defined business goals by executing effective customer communication and engagement strategies.
  • Follow a proven playbook to handle objections and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Partner with the Sales team to reinforce the value proposition throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Professionally handle disputes to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
