Job Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Manager-Lubricant Division, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Monitoring sales and orders booked by Sales Representatives.
  2. Optimizing sales by introducing necessary interventions, i.e., product of the day.
  3. Achieving and following channel-wise targets of GT, LMT & IMT.
  4. Ensuring and sustaining SKU/call and effective route coverage.
  5. Optimizing and increasing unique customers through rigorous penetration.
  6. Optimizing and increasing per-day sales productivity.
  7. Ensuring aggressive penetration throughout the entire coverage universe.
  8. Ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
