About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted outreach campaigns to drive new business growth.
- This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation principles, as well as experience working with CRM systems and sequencing platforms.
- You will work closely with our marketing team to refine our messaging and content strategy to drive success.
- A strong focus on data-driven decision making and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to exceed targets in previous roles.
- Strong understanding of BANT or MEDDIC qualification frameworks.
- Experience with sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
