Kobe Motor Company is a well-established used car exporter committed to providing top-notch pre-owned vehicles to clients globally.

We seek a skilled sales professional to take on the role of Business Development Executive, focusing on driving sales growth and meeting sales targets.

The key responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Foster deep connections with clients through exceptional customer service, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable vehicles from our vast inventory.
  • Negotiating Prices and Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate prices and close sales deals in a timely manner, ensuring client satisfaction and increased revenue.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the operations team to ensure efficient order processing and timely vehicle delivery, upholding client satisfaction.
  • Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a sales agent in the automotive industry.
  • Proven sales achievements and a demonstrated track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with international markets and import/export regulations, along with proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are beneficial).
