IT Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth by promoting our technology products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge combined with excellent sales skills, and will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals in the IT sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Presentation of technology products and solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiation of contracts and closing deals to maximize profit margins.
  • Market trend monitoring, competitor activity analysis, and new product development awareness.
  • Sales reports, forecasts, and presentations preparation for senior management.
  • Leadership, motivation, and mentoring of the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Attendance at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand industry presence and generate leads.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT sales, technology solutions, or related role.
  • Strong understanding of technology products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze the market.
