We're Hiring: Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) – US Outbound Campaigns

REVCORP, one of the fastest-growing BPO companies in Pakistan, is expanding its sales force We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and goal-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our outbound sales team.

What We Offer

  • Basic Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000/month (based on experience & performance)
  • Uncapped Commission Structure – Earn as much as you sell
  • Bonuses & Incentives – Weekly & Monthly performance rewards
  • Medical Insurance – Post-probation (3 months)
  • Vibrant Work Environment – Team support, development, and recognition
  • Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for closers
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
  • Stay updated on campaign scripts, objections, and compliance guidelines
  • Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 6 months of call center or sales experience (preferred)
  • Confidence to work in a performance-driven environment
  • Comfortable with night shift (US business hours)
  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-focused
  • Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • Location: On-site at our DHA Phase 6, Lahore office
