Regional Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the execution of project initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our engineering department, you will develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring operational efficiency and innovation.

About the Role
  • Drive CAPEX projects at the factory and support regional engineering initiatives.
  • Oversee plant and facilities capital project management, including design, planning, procurement, and execution of engineering solutions.
  • Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of equipment and facilities.
  • Implement global engineering standards, technologies, and systems to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
The Skills We Need
  • A university degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in utilities, plant maintenance, and handling strategic projects.
  • Proven expertise in CAPEX project management, feasibility development, and execution.
  • Familiarity with ISO, OHSAS, GMP, DRAP, NEC/IEC/ACI codes, and sustainability standards.
