Branch Operations Manager

You will oversee the overall performance of your assigned store. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring quality excellence in sales, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets for each department, providing coaching to staff, collaborating with the training team, and maintaining a well-presented store environment through remodeling and re-merchandising when necessary.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing stock discrepancies;
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment; and

Additional Responsibilities: You will collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in retail operations;
