Job Title: Learning and Development Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Assistant Manager to support the design and execution of training programs across the organization. You will work closely with department heads to identify development needs, manage learning projects, and ensure high-quality training delivery.

This role is perfect for a candidate with a solid background in learning and development who is ready to take the next step in a leadership-supporting capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of company-wide training programs.
  • Learning Needs Assessment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Learning Project Management: Support the management of onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs.
  • Evaluating Training Outcomes: Monitor training outcomes and compile reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate external trainers, resources, and logistics for in-person and online sessions.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and content.
  • LMS Utilization: Utilize LMS tools for training assignments, tracking, and reporting.
  • Culture of Learning: Promote a culture of learning and career development across departments.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Facilitation and Communication Skills: Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Adult Learning Principles: Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
  • Technology Skills: Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
Certification (Preferred):
  • L&D or HR-related Certifications: L&D or HR-related certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5, ATD, SHRM) will be an advantage.
Work Mode:

Work from office.
