Business Development Professional

The role of a Business Development Professional involves developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and expansion within an organization. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and creating innovative solutions to meet the needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients to communicate the value of our solutions and support onboarding into the corporate portfolio.
  • Convert sales leads into high-value business accounts and contribute to portfolio growth.
  • Nurture corporate relationships for long-term growth and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, resolve concerns proactively, and share best practices.
  • Understand client needs to identify product gaps and collaborate on solutions.
  • Deliver tailored training and staffing solutions, manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer feedback and share insights with product and operations teams.
  • Enhance communication strategies to anticipate needs and foster relationships.
  • Manage and resolve client issues efficiently to maintain trust.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and account management.
  • A passion for strategic growth and value-driven sales.
  • Flexibility, multitasking ability, and strong time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional demeanor.
