A strategic business development professional is required to identify new opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive growth across various channels. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, communication skills, and sales expertise.
About the Role:
- Foster long-term client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and tailor solutions to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on offerings and client expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance metrics and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS, tech, eCommerce, or relevant industry.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or product strategy.
- Prior experience in international markets or B2B sales.
