Job Title: Asset Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Asset Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing asset products, ensuring competitive pricing, and driving product performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance asset products based on market research and customer insights.
  • Ensure product offerings align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Improve customer experience by introducing innovative features and digital banking solutions.
  • Introduce customized product solutions tailored to customer segments.
Pricing Strategy:
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies for asset products to optimize revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Monitor interest rate trends and recommend adjustments to manage product costing.
Business Development & Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to provide product training, sales strategies, and market insights.
  • Monitor product performance and develop key performance metrics.
Marketing & Campaign Management:
  • Collaborate with marketing in promoting campaigns for asset products.
  • Leverage digital channels, branch networks, and partnerships for product visibility.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure all asset products comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assess risks related to pricing, customer retention, and market fluctuations.

Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and management, especially in asset product launches, innovation, and improvements.
  • Experience in asset product development within the banking sector is highly preferred.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
  • Willingness to be mobile.
