International Content Accounting Professional

Role Overview

This position forms part of the International Content Accounting team, focused on Turner operations in the APAC region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage content assets and prepayments.
  2. Process contracts and record journal entries.
  3. Investigate vendor queries and resolve issues.
  4. Oversee I/C transactions and reconciliations.
  5. Prepare financial statement notes.
  6. Support audit processes and participate in ERP upgrades.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years' accounting experience in a multinational corporation.
  2. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles under US GAAP/IFRS.
  3. Prior experience in fixed asset accounting is beneficial.
  4. English fluency, as all work will be conducted in this language.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Able to build trust with team members and business partners.
  7. Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  8. Team-oriented approach with an interest in the Television/Media sector.
  9. Motivated by a fast-paced environment.
  10. Proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP/PeopleSoft.
  11. Degree-educated with a finance or accounting focus.
