Job Summary:
This position involves working on daily configuration requests from a ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. We are looking for someone who can create and modify workflow tasks, manage documents, and configure new products and notes. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with SQL, C#, and XML.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and modify workflow tasks to optimize efficiency.
  2. Add, remove, and modify user/customer/subscriber accounts for accurate representation.
  3. Pricing configuration changes to meet business requirements.
  4. Manage documents by modifying fields and mapping data effectively.
  5. Configure new products and notes to stay up-to-date with company offerings.
  6. Collaborate with technical support analysts to troubleshoot issues via the application interface.
  7. Set up and troubleshoot integrations for seamless connections.
  8. Test new deployments or setups to ensure quality and reliability.
  9. Participate in project meetings with project managers to determine configuration needs.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in development, particularly in configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Effective troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Fluency in SQL and the ability to write ad hoc reports and complex queries.
  • Experience with C# programming language.
  • Prior experience as a business analyst or quality control specialist is preferred.
  • Familiarity with XML and electronic B2B integrations utilizing XML files and an API is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Office/automation is also beneficial.
