Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic professional to bridge the gap between our dispatch operations and sales initiatives, ensuring efficient truck dispatching while driving new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client & Carrier Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with truck drivers, carriers, and customers to optimize freight movement.
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by effectively presenting our services and negotiating deals.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Oversee the dispatch process to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, coordinating closely with the operations team.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of shipments, sales activities, and communications to ensure smooth operations and follow-ups.
  • Market Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and provide valuable feedback to management.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools.
