Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of shipments based on customer requirements, working closely with Field Sales teams and operations teams.

The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge and understanding of customers' freight & shipping requirements.

  • Must be capable of selling a full range of services and products to customers.
  • Provide professional representation in satisfying customer needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers through exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Timely response to customer complaints and inquiries.
  • Management and retention of defined customer portfolio.
  • Negotiate contractual terms of service provision aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with sales team, operations team, finance team, and management.
  • Action and respond to sales leads/sales messages/routing orders/letters of no objections in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to grow existing customer base.

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving company targets.

- Provide expert advice and support to customers on logistics solutions.

- Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.

- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve common goals.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends.

Requirements
  • A graduate degree in any field (BBA preferred).
  • Pakistan Institute of Freight Forwarders Association Diploma (PIFFA) preferred.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Pakistani market.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills with customers, carriers, and networking offices.
  • Fluent English language proficiency - additional languages are an asset but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Business Support roles.
