
Personal Assistant to the CEO

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to the CEO, ensuring seamless daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Coordinate the executive's schedule, prioritizing tasks and avoiding conflicts.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, including drafting agendas and preparing materials.
- Communication Liaison: Manage correspondence on behalf of the executive, ensuring clear communication.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan domestic and international travel, including accommodations and itineraries.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Perform additional tasks, such as filing, expense reporting, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and productivity tools
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with specific tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace is a plus
