Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 3-5 years of experience to design, develop and maintain high-performance backend systems and enterprise applications using Java and modern frameworks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Backend Development: Design, develop and maintain backend applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
  • API Development & Integration: Build and manage RESTful APIs; integrate with third-party services for smooth data exchange.
  • Database Management: Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) to design and optimize schemas, queries and transactions.
  • System Performance & Scalability: Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability and reliability.
  • Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, efficient and testable code; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Testing & CI/CD: Implement unit and integration tests (JUnit, TestNG) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, QA and frontend teams to deliver complete solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose complex issues, propose solutions and implement system improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience as a Java Developer; strong expertise in Java SE/EE, Spring Boot and Hibernate; API development, integrations and backend architecture.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Java, OOP and design patterns; proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL); familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure); hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle and CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
