E-Commerce Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support our e-commerce team. This role involves coordinating administrative tasks, managing inventory levels, performing data analysis, and engaging with customers via various communication channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Support account managers with administrative tasks such as tracking inventory levels, coordinating restocks, and handling purchase order processes.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Manage email inboxes, scheduling, and administrative priorities.
  • Engage with customers and community members via forums, comments, and direct messages.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of online/remote work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Requirements:
  • A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor.
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed.
