About the Role:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
