- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
- Lead the counseling and conversion process by supporting the admissions and sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate leads and brand awareness.
- Monitor performance, prepare business reports, and provide insights to management.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the education/consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of overseas education systems and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
