Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (not mandatory).
  2. 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  3. Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  7. Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
