Job Description
">The Sales and Support Team Lead will be responsible for leading the team to achieve high customer satisfaction and quality standards. This involves organizing training to enhance team performance, collaborating with the Sales Department on lead generation, sales strategy, and customer handling, and coordinating with the Operations Team for seamless service delivery and issue resolution.

Requirements:
">At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer support team leadership is required. Experience in international markets or BPO industries is also desirable. You should be fluent in English (written and spoken) and proficient in CRM tools and sales software. Ability to work flexible hours or shifts is essential.
">Education:
">(BBA, MBA), Marketing or Sales degree holders are preferred. At least 3-5 years of professional experience is required.
