Job Title: Senior AI/ML Team Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior AI/ML Team Lead to lead our machine learning engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML development, a strong technical background, and leadership abilities to drive innovative AI solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of AI/ML engineers, ensuring best practices in model development and deployment. They will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products and services, and research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML techniques.

In addition, the Senior AI/ML Team Lead will oversee MLOps workflows, model versioning, and automation of AI pipelines. They will troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to AI/ML models and deployment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
    • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.
    • Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment.
    • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
    • Understanding of MLOps, model deployment, and automation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
