Job Title: AI/ML Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML professional to join our team.

This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing AI models to address various business needs. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models, as well as hands-on experience with advanced techniques such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, and Ollama.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise with RAG, LangChain, and locally running AI solutions like Ollama.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to optimize AI models for real-world applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position based in Islamabad. We aim to fill this role quickly; only experienced professionals will be considered.
