A dynamic and innovative software company seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to bridge the gap between fintech solutions and client needs.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies for company growth.
Key responsibilities include project acquisition, client prospecting, proposal writing, negotiation, market research, online bidding, relationship management, cross-team collaboration, event representation, pipeline management, and partnership development.
Requirements include proven success in closing fintech projects, 3–5 years' experience in business development within fintech/software houses, strong business acumen and knowledge of financial technology markets, excellent proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills, hands-on experience with CRM systems, bidding platforms, and sales pipelines, fluency in English, a proactive and target-driven mindset, and tech fluency.
