
Manager, Business Development and Security Sales

This pivotal role focuses on driving further growth of Mastercard's Security Solutions business in East Arabia, particularly in Pakistan, by creating strong partnerships with existing and new customers and focusing on achieving revenue targets and fostering regional expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering solutions-oriented results, engaging with large customers and regulators, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Beyond technical skills, we're looking for someone with exceptional communication and organizational abilities, as well as a growth mindset to navigate rapidly changing environments.
This role requires strategic sales initiatives to promote innovative security products and services that safeguard payment integrity, digital transactions, and cybersecurity.
- Manage substantial product lines with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, market segments, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of security solutions products and services to create customized and relevant solutions for clients.
Key responsibilities include owning the sales process from prospecting to contract execution, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring continuous engagement with clients. This role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and aligning efforts with Mastercard's Services and Core teams.
We're seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the Pakistan market landscape, including payments trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payments security, proven success in building and monetizing client relationships, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
The right candidate will be able to influence and motivate others to achieve objectives, manage alignment with complex cross-functional teams, and travel as required. Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
