The Security Solutions Business Development team plays a crucial role in enhancing Mastercard's market presence and revenue growth through strategic security sales initiatives. As a key team member, you will promote our innovative security products and services that safeguard payment integrity, digital transactions, and cybersecurity.

Role:

The Services Business Development, Security Solutions Manager, will drive the growth of Mastercard Security Solutions business in Pakistan, build strong partnerships with existing and new customers, achieve revenue targets, and support regional expansion. The role reports to the East Arabia Services Business Development, Security Solutions Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Expand the Security Solutions business in Pakistan and support other East Arabia markets (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan, Afghanistan).
  2. Manage product lines with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.
  3. Analyze the competitive landscape, market segments, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Develop expertise in Mastercard's Security Solutions products to create tailored solutions for clients.
  5. Own the sales process from prospecting to contract signing, managing the pipeline and client engagement.
  6. Build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinating with Mastercard's Services and Core teams.
  7. Collaborate with Security Solutions Product Managers to address market needs.
  8. Create compelling narratives to communicate the benefits of Security Solutions and other Mastercard products.

  • Deep understanding of the Pakistan market, including payments trends and security opportunities.
  • Proven track record in delivering solutions, engaging large customers and regulators.
  • Experience in building and monetizing client relationships, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and motivate others.
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and sense of urgency.
  • Experience in international and matrix environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or post-graduate degree a plus.
