Call Quality Specialist

Translation and Localization is looking for a skilled Call Quality Specialist to join our team. We are seeking an individual with exceptional communication skills in English to conduct language assessments, monitor call quality, and provide coaching and mentoring services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting English language assessments and coordinating employee evaluations
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service by conducting daily call quality monitoring and providing feedback
  • Coaching and mentoring employees on spoken English, vocabulary, and pronunciation to improve their language skills
  • Developing and managing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments to ensure job applicants can communicate effectively with customers

  • Proficient written and spoken skills in English
