Sales Performance and Relationship Management
This role involves driving sales growth through effective relationship building and sales strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback data to determine satisfaction levels with company products and services, recruiting and training business development staff, and developing financial analysis to increase company profits.
Conducting market research is critical in identifying new business opportunities, while creating and monitoring key performance metrics enables the determination of sales effectiveness and anticipation of customer needs. Various sales methods are employed to secure new business, including cold calling, email marketing, trade shows, and referrals.
Collaboration with sales teams is vital in identifying, developing, and articulating new business opportunities, while communication throughout the organization highlights potential sales opportunities. Support for sales teams includes preparing reports and presentations, as well as special projects and tasks assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in business development or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary, along with exceptional negotiation and decision-making abilities, combined with effective communication and convincing skills.
