We are seeking a talented HR Executive to join our team at Marham. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing timesheets, calculating employee bonuses, preparing compensation packages, and providing project management support.
Key Responsibilities- Collect daily, weekly, or monthly timesheets and manage payroll processes efficiently
- Calculate employee bonuses and allowances accurately and on time
- Prepare employee compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
- Support project management efforts across various teams and stakeholders
- Develop and implement people strategies to drive business growth
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively with colleagues
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools
