We are seeking a highly skilled Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team in the Packaging Industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries through various channels, and converting these inquiries into sales under the supervision of the sales manager and project manager.

The role requires assessing customer needs, coordinating with the estimation team to ensure timely price quotations, and making artwork changes requested by the customer. Additionally, the candidate will handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines and production capabilities.

Other key responsibilities include keeping records of customer inquiries, interactions, special requests, artwork, and other files, as well as coordinating with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery of jobs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of AUS-based packaging industry experience and must have fluency in spoken and written English.

Salary is exclusive of sales commissions, and the salary range will be $50,000 to $70,000 + commissions based on skills, verbal, and written communication skills.
