We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Business Development Associate.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to generate targeted leads and develop effective email marketing campaigns to convert those leads into potential clients.

This is a full-time, on-site role focused on helping us grow our client base through strategic outreach and research.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Clutch, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, etc. to generate high-quality leads.
  • Targeted Lead Lists: Build and maintain accurate lead lists with relevant data.
  • Email Campaigns: Craft and run outbound email campaigns, including cold emails and follow-ups.
  • Tool Management: Monitor and manage email outreach tools and campaign performance.
  • Research: Identify potential clients based on industry and niche.
  • Lead Tracking: Update and maintain lead tracking sheets or CRM systems.
  • Handoffs: Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads.
  • Progress Updates: Provide weekly updates on progress and results.

Qualifications:

  • B2B Experience: Possess experience in B2B lead generation and cold email marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Hunter, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Communication: Strong written communication and research skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Our primary channel for outreach is email marketing—this role will start with lead generation and continue through managing strategic email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
