Product Management Overview

The Product Manager oversees the conception and launch of new products, involving strategic planning for marketing initiatives, training materials, and promotional content. Regular field visits enable monitoring product performance, gathering feedback from clients and sales teams, and maintaining communication with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Product Launch: Develop and implement strategies for successful product introductions.

  • Training Manual Development: Design and develop educational resources for stakeholders on new products.
  • Promotional Material Development: Produce promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and presentations highlighting product features.
  • Field Visits: Conduct regular site assessments to evaluate product effectiveness and gather customer insights.
  • Business Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
Requirements:

Applicants should hold an MBBS/B.Pharm degree with a background in business administration. Experience in cardiology is desirable but not mandatory.
