Job Description

The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for managing and growing our presence across various social media platforms, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

This role involves developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and leverage new features and tools to enhance our presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A proven track record of managing social media accounts for businesses or brands is essential, as well as strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Additional requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative thinking, and experience with social media management tools. Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite are also desirable.
