Facebook Manager

This position is responsible for managing the social media presence of a client. The goal is to develop and implement strategies that drive results, while working closely with designers, developers, and other associates to achieve shared goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Creating and maintaining Content Calendars, crafting compelling Facebook Status Updates, Twitter posts, and LinkedIn group management initiatives.
  2. Actively listening to community conversations, identifying valuable content opportunities to foster engagement.
  3. Monitoring user-generated comments and posts in real-time, responding promptly to build a positive community.
  4. Analyzing the impact of social media efforts using tools like Facebook Insights, Social Bakers, and Crowdbooster, summarizing key insights and sending regular reports to clients.
  5. Designing, setting up, and running targeted advertising campaigns on behalf of clients, monitoring results and reporting back to them.
  6. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, platforms, and applications, applying this knowledge to enhance our social media presence.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
