VQ is seeking an experienced Lead Generator to join our team. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads through Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and other innovative methods.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Identification: Identify potential clients and initiate the sales process through lead generation activities.
- Prospect Research: Research and target potential customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for our products.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain and update a database of potential leads and prospects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communication: Initiate contact with potential clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Nurturing Relationships: Conduct follow-up communications to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Analytics: Track and report on lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation.
- Skills: Excellent communicator, highly organized, and proficient in using lead generation tools like Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using technology and software to streamline lead generation processes.
- Persistent: Not easily discouraged and have a knack for persistence and follow-through.
- Team Player: Able to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve common goals.
