Job Title: Project Head

Role Overview

This is a leadership role that involves overseeing daily mining activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and developing efficient blast designs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mining operations and strong background in leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise teams in blasting, drilling, warehousing, and mechanical operations.
  • Develop and execute safe and efficient blast designs tailored to project requirements.
  • Oversee daily mining operations ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other companies to resolve operational challenges.
  • Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from a recognized university.
  • A master's degree in Mining Engineering is an advantage.
  • At least 17-18 years of proven experience in the mining sector, including leadership roles.
Essential Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of blasting techniques and mining safety standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
