We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, online platforms, and other sales strategies.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients. You should also be able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
This is a commission-based role where you can earn up to 40,000 to 60,000 per month. If you are a go-getter who is passionate about sales and customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Making telephone calls to prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Keeping accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
- Achieving budgeted campaign DMC rate and specified targets.
- Understanding and managing personal performance on a daily basis.
- Attending campaign briefings and demonstrating a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services.
- Maintaining confidentiality and representing the client's interests at all times.
Requirements:
- Degree in any field with O-levels / A-Levels background.
- Experience of generating sales through cold calling.
- Non-inflicted American or British accent.
- Experience in handling international clients via telephone, email, and live chat.
- Ability to speak and write Western-style English confidently.
