Are you a social media and networking pro with a passion for the design industry? If so, SNK's, a design and build firm, wants you We're seeking a talented and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Become our social media and online platform champion, crafting engaging content that showcases SNK's design expertise and attracts potential clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with leads generated online and through local networks, understanding their design needs and presenting SNK's solutions with passion and expertise.
  • Partner with our design teams to craft compelling proposals that highlight the value we deliver.
  • Close deals and convert leads into satisfied clients, exceeding sales targets and contributing to SNK's continued growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure SNK's remains at the forefront of the design scene.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of up to PKR 250,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) with an attractive commission structure.

Job Specification

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in the design or construction industry a plus).
  • A strong understanding of the design process and the value proposition of various design services (Architectural, Interior, 3D, Event).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and trust with clients across online and offline channels.
  • A results-oriented approach with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in social media marketing, online lead generation strategies, and experience working on freelance platforms are strong advantages.
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
