Job Summary

We're seeking a driven and persistent Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with key decision-makers at enterprise organizations. Your primary tool? The phone. If you're energized by cold calling and thrive on turning a "no" into a "tell me more," we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to CISOs, SOC Managers, Security Analysts, and other cybersecurity stakeholders.
  • Use a consultative approach to qualify leads and articulate SIRP's value proposition.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across the enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, passing the baton for product demos and deeper conversations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) and activity tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound interest and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, competitors, and SIRP platform capabilities.
  • Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and common objections.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of SDR, BDR, or tele-sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B tech.
  • Proven success in cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), sales automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the cybersecurity space and/or SOAR platforms.
