We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a New Business Opportunities Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification: Identify potential new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Proposal Development: Develop and propose solutions to meet the needs of potential clients and partners.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and grow the sales pipeline by converting leads into opportunities and closing deals.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Talent Acquisition: Attract, select, and develop top talent to join the sales team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
