In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the real estate market. You will work closely with our team to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, identify new markets, and promote our products/services to address and resolve clients' objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong written and verbal communication skills, 0-2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply), and willingness to commute to / live in or near Bahria Town Phase 4 Islamabad.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with potential clients and arrange meetings to mature leads.
  • Find and develop new markets to improve sales performance.
  • Promote our products/services to address and resolve clients' objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives and build long-term relationships with customers.
