Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through personalized interactions.
  • Assist customers with purchases made through our e-commerce website.
  • Show genuine interest in customers by communicating effectively and maintaining a friendly image.
  • Provide alternatives for unavailable products or items on the website.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures to ensure proper issue resolution.
  • Stay updated with system information, process changes, and upcoming updates.
Requirements
  • O Levels/Intermediate or higher qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
