We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer experiences, aligned with performance objectives and client core values.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through personalized interactions.
- Assist customers with purchases made through our e-commerce website.
- Show genuine interest in customers by communicating effectively and maintaining a friendly image.
- Provide alternatives for unavailable products or items on the website.
- Follow standard processes and procedures to ensure proper issue resolution.
- Stay updated with system information, process changes, and upcoming updates.
- O Levels/Intermediate or higher qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
