We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to drive growth in our After Market Support and Digital Transformation Services portfolio within the process and manufacturing controls domain.
- This role offers an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to top-tier clients across infrastructure, manufacturing, and process industries.
The ideal candidate will shape strategies, build relationships with key decision-makers, and lead digital transformation initiatives in industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading business development efforts for AMS & Digital Transformation solutions, exceeding revenue targets.
- Managing customer accounts and collaborating with internal teams.
- Developing new client relationships and market opportunities.
- Building relationships with plant management, operations, and procurement teams.
- Defining Scope of Services, Statements of Work, and Proposals with technical teams.
- Ensuring seamless service delivery and long-term engagement.
- Maintaining a sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
- Communicating technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Providing business updates and market insights to leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in automation or industrial services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of MES, IoT, XR/VR, AI/ML technologies.
- Strong business acumen and value proposition skills.
- Experience with partners like Rockwell Automation, Microsoft, or AVEVA is a plus.
