We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Freelance Bidder to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing business opportunities on freelance platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Develop effective outreach strategies using Upwork, other freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, and email marketing to generate high-quality leads. Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
- Proposal Development: Craft compelling and customized proposals that showcase software development expertise. Ensure proposals align with the client's needs and highlight key differentiators.
- Bid Management & Optimization: Monitor bid performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates. Continuously analyze past bids to identify areas for improvement and increase win rates.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building: Maintain strong communication with prospective clients through timely responses, follow-ups, and addressing inquiries. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the software development team to provide accurate project estimations, timelines, and detailed technical inputs for client proposals.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the software development domain to tailor bids and proposals accordingly.
